Send data to third-party tools with flow webhooks
Add a webhook to your flows to automatically sync information from Klaviyo to another tool that you use, say your customer support system, CRM, direct mail provider, loyalty program, etc. That way, you can respond to a recent customer action outside of Klaviyo as well.
Before setting up webhooks in flows, it’s important to note that:
- We recommend that you have a developer resource on hand to properly set up your webhook and test it on your accompanying system.
- Only manager, admin, and owner user roles in Klaviyo have access to set up webhooks for flows.
- Two-step authentication must be enabled within your account in order to use webhooks or add new webhook actions within an existing flow.
