Follow integration instructions
As you integrate new tools with Klaviyo, don't forget that the Klaviyo Help Center houses a wide rage of integration specific how-tos.
While not ever single integration will have this documentation, it is worth checking this page to see if there are Klaviyo supported instructions to help you ramp up in the client's account.
Build custom metrics
By default Klaviyo provides many metrics (e.g., Placed Order) to track your business’s success. However, if you have a custom setup or a different business use case that has arisen with this integration, then you can choose to build custom metrics to support your unique use case.
For instance, your Placed Order event may include recurring subscriptions upon launching a new subscription tool. If you'd like to review only orders placed through your ecommerce website, you can build a custom metric to hone in on that data.
