To change your name on specific credentials
To submit a name change request, you must log into your credential wallet account generated by Klaviyo's digital credential provider, Accredible.
To do this, log into your
Accredible credential wallet account. If you don't already have an Accredible credential wallet account, click "Forgot password?" to create one for yourself using the email address associated with your Klaviyo account.

Once logged in, follow these steps to submit a
Name Change request.
Klaviyo’s credentialing team will receive a notification that a name change has been requested, and you should see that change reflected in 3 business days.
Note: You'll be required to submit separate name change requests for each credential you want updated. For example, if you need a name change on your Klaviyo product certificate and Deliverability certificate, you'll need to submit separate requests for each.
Credential wallet name change
To change the name that appears at the top of your credential wallet
Once logged into your Accredible credential wallet account (see steps on how to log in above), you can update the name associated with your credential wallet account under Personal information > Profile > Name. This will update the name that's displayed at the top of your credential wallet immediately.
Note: This will not update the name that appears on your credential pages.
